The products are sent the same or the next working day from the day of your order with. In case a product is not available we will inform you by email or by phone about the progress of your order. In case one of the products is not immediately available, the waiting time may usually reach 3-4 working days. All prices below include VAT. Upon completion of your order, an email is automatically sent with the analysis of your order.
The delivery of the products to your place is done with a courier company in 1 – 3 working days. For some remote areas the delivery time may exceed 3 working days.
The shipping cost is 3€ and the cash on delivery extra fee is 2.50 €.

Orders received from the store are not charged shipping costs.
Orders that remain pending for more than 3 days are automatically released.
